The information on character-cell video terminals is found in the "terminal"
subdirectory.

Files whose names end in ".Z" were compressed with the usual Unix "compress".
Retrieve them in binary mode and then decompress them with a command like
"compress -d" or whatever the equivalent is on your system.

I did not originate most of this information, so I shall not guarantee the
usefulness or validity of it.  But some of it is useful, anyway.
